We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His powers and the wonders He has done….so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn will tell their children.
Psalm 78:4, 6 About our Class Curriculum My primary focus will be teaching the assigned Concordia Publishing House's "Growing in Christ"curriculum, supplemented with lots of good discussion and application. I love to get the kids involved with the regular use of object lessons and multimedia in the classroom to teach the lessons. The students will regularly participate in the Sunday School opening by leading the Invocation and Luther’s Morning Prayer, introducing the lessons for the younger children, and from time to time participating in a skit or other activity. I will keep you informed as to what is happening in class and any special things you should be learning or doing.
We call our classroom “The Garage” (a.k.a. Pastor’s office, which is adjacent to the church office on the north side of Luther Hall). "The Garage" is our space to learn and that we can call our own. On Sunday, we begin at 10:30 am. in the Church for the Sunday school opening and move to the Garage at 10:45am. Classes end about 11:30am. .
